What is included in the quarterly subscription?
Our Lux Candle Club quarterly subscription comes with (2) 12 oz candles, (1) box of matches and (1) surprise gift.
What is included in the monthly subscription?
Monthly subscriptions can be purchased in increments of 3,6 and 12 months. Each month you will receive (1) 12 oz candle, (1) box matches and mystery products which can range from sneak peek product releases, scent samples or a product from a brand we love.
How often will I be billed?
For quarterly will be billed on the 1st of the next quarter based on your initial purchase. For example if your first box was purchased on August 5th, the next billing cycle will be October 1. For monthly subscriptions you will be billed immediately for your first order and then the 1st of each month for each subsequent month until your subscription expires.
Monthly subscriptions billing have cut off date for the 15th of each month. For example, if you place an order on May 10 you next order will be billed June 1 or if you place an order May 20 your next order will be billed July 1.
Why doesn’t my discount code work?
Discount codes do not apply to subscriptions. If your cart contains any subscription products, discount codes will not work. Please purchase subscriptions separately from other products.
When will my subscription ship?
For quarterly subscription will ship starting 2 weeks after the open period has ended. If the sign up period closes June 30, orders will begin shipping July 15.
Monthly subscriptions will ship 2-3 business days after your first order order and after the 1st each month after.
Can I change my subscription date?
Yes, you can change this in your subscription settings. Please login and click “Manage Subscription”.
If you would like to skip a month/quarter you can do so before the 1st day of the new month/quarter from your account, please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can ensure your request was processed.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! Please make sure to use the shipping address for the gift recipient when checking out. If you would also like your giftee to receive email notifications regarding the subscription, please use their email address at checkout. You can always change the email address associated with the subscription by logging in and clicking “Manage Subscription”.
